The Course
The purpose of the Commandants Pre-Command Course (CPCC) is to prepare Commandants/Deputy Commandants already in position and those selected to be future Commandants/Deputy Commandants to have a successful tour as NCO Academy Commandants. The CPCC is a seven day Program of Instruction (POI) led by Senior NCOA Commandants as mentors. This 45 hour course consist of 15 lessons, culminating with an end of course survey, and graduation.
